On cleaning items through Mac Purifier, they re-appear in the next scan.

Mac Purifier only removes the files that are not write-protected. Some of the files on your Mac are write-protected and hence never get really deleted. This happens because Mac Purifier is programmed in Sandbox environment. If you wish to permanently delete these files, you should delete them manually. Once you have manually deleted these files, they will not re-appear on subsequent scans.
